Over charging and excess delay in service provided by Maruti Sales & Service Centre, Delhi

My car Zen Lxi model 2002 bearing registration no DL2CV 6556 run only 14700 kms had some problem in driving viz. over heating of engine, stopping in midway, etc.. I, therefore, dropped the car at Maruti Sales & Service (Delhi), Naraina Industrial Area, N Delhi on 07th June (sunday) for service and necessary repairing, if any. The advisor stated that the coolent and engine oil is been mixing, it may be the problem of head gasket and finally they will inform on wedenesday. On wednesday when I enquired they stated that work is under process and they themself inform the status to me. When I enquired on friday the advisor informed that the vehicle is ready and I can take delivery on saturday after paying the charges. On saturday i.e.13.06.09 I took delivery of car after paying a handsome amount of Rs.11523/- in cash. When I enquired about the charges on higher side paid by me as Retail service and Labour charges, the customer care informed me that the charges are as per norms and I have also been given a discount of Rs.601/-(which also includes free coupons for car washing and 4 wheel balancing given by me to them). Thanks for giving a discount of Rs.200/- approx
I, therefore, request yourself to pl enquire about overcharges and excess delay in service provided by you and refund the excess amount paid by me in respect of service. (I have also enquired from other service centre and Mechanics, other friends. Allof them stated that the charges and time taken are on much higher side.
