Ad clutch plate in new A Sta

I have bought a new car A Star in Nov and it is hardly driven in Gurgaon and the clutch plate of the new car gave in. I think the spurious product was used by Maruti India, otherwise there is no reason that in a new car at such a early stage the clutch plate can give in in the areas driven where not much crowd is there on roads and driven by an experienced hand of twenty years. The mileage is just 9722. Reg No: HR 26 AU 9722 Chasis 103673 Engine 1003711.

Can Maruti see into it and help the customer.
