Not Satisfied with Maruti Service

I have purchase Maruti Swift Dezire VDI in July Last Year. My Third Servicing is complete. But have

1. Noise problem

2. Steering pulling one side

3. Less Milage

Have conveyed 2-3 times to the Dealer s Service incharge. This Sunday they gave me appointment but when I went to service center, my name was not there in list. Even the required service engineer for Noise and Vibration & wheel alignment was not present being sunday.

I falied to track the lady who fixed the appointment, but failed. The service Manager simply made some excuse and escaped.

Hence have returned back. They have asked me to visit again but not sure if I will able to fix even if I visits them.
