Already punctured tyre tube in new ca

I have bought the new alto lxi from the above company now there was a puncture in rear left wheel.the problem is that when i went to make it repair the foreman told me that the tyre tube was already punctured... means the company has cheated me..though i want the from company to solve my problem... i have complained already at their company but they dont have replied.i also have called them but they dont replied
