Espected sir, this to to kindly inform you that i had bought a maruti a star car vxi model on the 21 dec. on the name of smt. nirmala seth . from the first free service onwards (on approximate 400kms) from "amitdeep motors sulemsarai allahabad"the car started giving trouble due to the improper manhandling by the mechanic (inappropriate adjustment of the clutchwhich initially they projected it due to the clutch riding, passing the blame on the owner, inspite of telling them again an again that the clucth is burning on reverse gear and smell is coming but they neglected it) however later they accepted there mistake after a complaint was made to u and changed the clutchplate under the warranty.after the repair work on 28-04 the car started making clicking noise from somewhere around the front suspension (again due to inefficient handling and repair of the car). further complaining about the problem on 17-05 they called me again an again 4 to 5times with the car and was made to sit there from 9am in the morning to till 5pm in the evening for the inspection .every day i went over there and booked the car afterwards found that the car was just lying idle in the workshop and no one was resolving the problem.each time i ask about it i was been told that since your car is on" running repair" hence no mechanic is interested to look into it as they wont get any incentive on such cars.the MANAGER AMITDEEP MOTORS "MR GOPI MENON"merely acted as a dummy on complaining in the whole process.asking about the problem in the car they replyed that keep in touch with us as they hav ordered a spare which they suspect can be the cause of the noise problem. from 17-05 after many frequent visits today i was told that the spare consignment has came. going to workshop again i complaint to the customer care amitdeep motors mr. shiv shankar.here the MANEGER AMITDEEP MOTORS MR GOPI MENON inspite of resolving the problem and assuring me... replyed..."THERE ARE SOME CUSTOMERS WHO CANNOT BE SATISFIED AND YOU ARE ONE OF THEM".this is really shocking that the manager instead of helping to solve the problem in my car is replying in such an indecent way. the maneger i hope not only mentally harrased me by saying such statements but also disheartened the loyal custmors of maruti cars who believe in the maruti for there services from years. i request you to look after such a person like MR MENON who in no way shows the quality of the managership and has an ATTITUDE like such. i hope the indecent behaviour and conduct of the manager would be properly looked in and solve my car problem as soon as possible. waiting for your reply yours sincerely divyansh anand maruti a star vxi up 70 BC 5315 ph. 09580076216
