Very Poor Services of Maruti Suzuki India

I bought maruti New SX4 VXI model (MH14 CC 321) on 6th june from Kothari Wheels Pune. I have an accident while driving the car on 19th july.

I took my vehicle to the Kothari workshop from where I purchased the same on 19th july. There they told me that it may take 5-6 days to get the parts.

They raised the order for Zexcel, but now from last fews they are saying that consignment will take 5-6 days, now when consignment reached pune today and they are saying that

your order of zexcel is not shipped in this consignment, now it will take more 8-10 days. Its already 15 days passed i have not got my vehicle. Please help me in this matte
