I have Maruti ZEN LXI .Car has started giving major Starting Problem in last 1 Year . 4-5 TIMES this was checked and verified at Maruti Service Centre, Ghorabanda, Telco. Jamshedpur but till now the problems have not been sorted out. I have already incurred expenses Rs6000/= on this issue and even then Service centre could not diagnose the real problem. Finally, this has been handed over at PEBCO MOTORS LTD on 06/08 with JC NO. :
JC10003764 Daed :06/08 .This is still under observation.
I purchased MARUTI BRAND with a view to get full service support after purchase. But I feel desperate now as even bearing expenses of Rs6000/- the Car Starting Problem has not been sorted out.
I need to draw attention the concerned service higher mgmt team to intervene so that the problem can be addressed by Maruti keeping customer problems in mind.
