I am not satisfy with your service

I booked swift diesel VDI with ABS with your dealer "competent gazipur" and they are taking time to deliver atleast 5 months approx. (even not confirmed that they can able to give after 5 months or not) and they said if i will go with only VDI (w/o ABS) then they can able to give in 2 months.

I am really shocked with the company managment policies that the car having 5 months waiting after launching almost 5 years even with the succesful running car, as compare to other companies.

In the market people can easily found the another option to get the almost same car specification or i can say few more features on the same day, do you really dont think that somewhere suzuki lost some business due to this waiting.

If company realised that it comes on top of the market then i must say that the company is not bothering about the market and they dont care the customers and if customer will go to other brand then slowly slowly its bigger problem for suzuki.

I am really waiting for a positive response from your side as a company and fast action definatley appreciable.
