I am not satisfied with your service

I bought maruti New wagonR VXI model on 4th june. Unfortunately i met with an accident while driving the car on 13th june. I left my vehicle in the above said show room on 14th june. I was told tht it may take 8-10 days to get the parts. as the model is new they do not have any spare parts the vehicle. When i contacted recenlty ie. yesterday, they are telling tht only few parts have been recived they are yet to receive some more parts. Its already 15 days passed i have not got my vehicle. please help me in this matte
