Delay in providing wagon

I booked awagon r vxi with airbag and abs bakers chocolate colour on 13th june at indus motors cochin.at time of booking approximate time promised was 3 months.3 months is now over and still indus motors is niether giving me the vehicle nor have they any idea when the vehicle will b available.on enquiry they r unable to givea proper reply.phone calls to officials give reply like will call back, but no calling back or give reply like iam in meeting shall call, still no calling back. fed up with all these .i own ahonda city and asantro no such problems happened with honda or hyundai. why with maruti idont know?
