With reference to my complaint forwarded on 27/11 ID 6000, I have not received any reply from the Dealer M/s Bhargavi Automobiles except a phone call of acknowledgement of my email complaint forwarded by you to the dealer. I have not received any concrete reply from he dealer or from Mr. Poornachandra Rao, Manager with Maruti Showroom Tirupathi who promised to comeback with a proper reply in extending the offer.. The in action on part of the company to force the dealer to attend to customer s genuine grievances is pitiable. The take it easy attitude of Dealer towards and customer in extending the offer is disgusting. Meanwhile I have to bring to your notice that the Offer has expired on 07/12, wish the company and dealer extends the same. I appeal to the company to look into the Genuineness of the SMS forwarded by VM Maruthi to me and also inquiry whether the offer was encashed by any miscreants misrepresenting me. If the SMS is proved to be fake one or the Dealers disowns the same I have no option but to approach suitable forums.
