Theft of Credit Card

My card no (4477468501889005) was stolen during my outside travel on 11th Sep'07 at 2:30am & i have blocked the credit card facility for the above mentioned card through telephonically request at 5:30pm on the same day.

The reason for delay in informing bank about the theft was since I was unconscious & hospitalized since 2:30am to 5:00pm on that day.

Please note that between this duration there has been a withdrawal of Rs. 3, 000/- from the above mentioned credit card number.

As the withdrawal has taken place after the theft of card, it is requested to do the needful in your records to remove the ownership of this payment against my name.

I have already complaint forward to Near Police station at Hardwar.
