Payments not reflecting on time

Dear All,
This in reference to my credit card no-4339-4895-9294-2758 wherin i have deposited my last bill amt of 2070/-on 30jul 08 by cash for that a have the recipt. But that payment was credit on 5th aug 08 and because of that i have been charged late chrges. For an amount of 15200 wich i have used in the month of may i havent recived any statement. And i have paid all the amt 3070/-(late chrges ant interest) but still as on date i have bal pending for witch iam getting collection call. Kindly ckeck my card account and please help me out. As i cannot waste my money any more. Kindly look into the matter and close.
