Faults in the Car and no response from the Company

Sir,

I have no words to express my anguish and horrified predicament while getting the first service of my new Swift Dzire (VDI Regd. No. DL 7CH 6637) performed by the Bagga link Motors (Patarganj Delhi) on 27/05. I handed over the car to the supervisor Mr. Shubham Kumar at 09.30 am, and the delivery time was promised as 12.30 pm. I telephonically contacted Mr. Shubham at 12.30 pm regarding the status of the car and I was asked to visit the workshop to take the delivery. On reaching the workshop I was stunned to observe that the car was not ready and Mr. Shubham was not present there. In fact he did not come even after Mr. Radhey Shyam of Bagga Link asked him to hand over the car to me. I found that the car was

1. Full of dirt and stains and certainly was not washed.

2. The malfunction the car was exhibiting (vibrations in the cultch pedal) was not rectified, however Mr. Vijay (Works Manager) had directed Mr. Shubham to perform the rectification

I lodged a complaint with the customer care official and met Mr. Munjal the GM services. He asked me to approach the Maruti Suzuki as I had already lodged a complaint with the customer care with a copy forwarded to Maruti Suzuki.

I am anxious to mention here that it is seventh time I have faced horrible experience at Bagga Link Motors, earlier all sorts of problems were created by them in case of ALTO I purchased in October and the problems were resolved at MSSD Narayana after three months of incessant persuation and innumerable telephone calls and letters.

In fact Maruti Suzuki is befooling the people in the name of service. I sent four mails to the company (Mr. Raghavan, Mr. Nakanishi, Ms. Harpreet and the customer care department) and all have been thrown into oblivion. Moreover, my several telephonic calls to the head office (Phone 011-4678100) have been ignored. The complaint Nos. (096090586970 and 8555913254) are given to me just for the sake of formality and are still pending.

This company falsely boasts of possessing the largest service network but actually the situation is absolutely pathetic and absymal.

I ask Maruti top officials " If yous is really a customer caring company then wake up before too late "
