Useless behaviour of dealer staff

I talked to the receptionist regarding Alto she give me the No. of Executive named Miss Isha (09622306220) she points on me to the other exec. that "yeh bol raha hai" what is this??? i cant understand that this is the way of talking to a customer??? if this thing happens in maruti then i dont think this will go on longer already every company is improving his S.S.I & customer dealing but i cant understand whatis going on . im shocked???
