MUL is the not giving any attention towards after sales and service that is being given by their respective service center. I have a Wagnor registration no. DL3CAD8321, which was given for service at SANSAR SERVICES (an approved service center of MUL), has a water diposition problem below the mat (i.e. at driver seat), which was left after service, by its authrosied service center (SANSAR SERVICES), which caused a fault smell due to spung (foam) and water reacted causing pungent smell, Now the dealer is asking a sum of EIGHT HUNDRED INR (Rs. 800-/) for changing the spung (foam).

Kindly help us to solve the existing problem
