Negligent/careless paid service

Dear sir,

i have given my alto mh-20, bc-563 to yr showroom (automotive manufacturere, aurangabad, maharashtra) on 25/7/09 for paid servicing.

i took my car at 8.50 in the morning, which was recd by yr personnel, swapnil.

he assured me to give delivery positively by 5.00 p.m. on the same day.

i called up, at 5.0 o'clock to confirm whether car is ready, i got reply to come at 6.00 o'clock

to collect the vehicle.

i went at 6.00 p.m. and to my surprise, car was not ready. i was told to wait for half an hour.

at 6.30 i was told to wait for 5 min. finally i got car at 7.05.

it was shocking to see the quality of work done. the washing was very poor, having oil stains of front/rear glass.side glass. in the morning i was assured for polish of dash board inside the car, which was not done.i have seen layer of dust inside.even inside cleaning was not upto the mark. i hv showed this to one of yr person there, he expressed his helplessness.

i was charged Rs. 2176.00 . the service offered was not at all worth rs 2176.00

i left showroom totaly unsatisfied, frusteted. if this is the service you are offering by charging such a heavy price, i am not going to come to you again.

i was wondering about the "quality policy" whch is displayed in yr office declaring"complete satisfaction of yr customer" it made me to laugh. it is a complete mockery of yr quality polity. this way you will lose yr customers and intern will lose revenue generation. one unsatisfied customer can share his feeling with other customers and ultimately will drastically affect credibility of yr firm.

i am forwarding this mail to customer care chief of maruti udyog for information.

There were at least 3/4 customers shouting for negligence & careless attitude of yr people,

unfortunately, no one was bothered. i felt as if i am in one of the government department!!

this is horrible, state of affairs at authorised maruti show room/serving centre.
