WAGON R DUO / GAS LEAKAGE

I have WAGON R DUO purchased on September 30 from Modern Automobiles, CHD. I'm facing leakage of LPG from the engine side till from the date of purchased. I complaint about that than it resolved. Now the same problem is facing again. I have a extended warranty of 1 year i.e.3 years or 60000 kms from the date of purchaes. I vist to local dealer M/s. Swani Motors, jalandhar about the same problem they said that it is not covered under warranty you have to pay for that. Their is some part of arround 2500/-. Please do the needful to resolve my problem. According to your EMMISSION WARRANTY POLICY the emission warranty is for 80000 kms or 3 years from the date of delivery. the parts covered under the warranty is Gas-air mixer, Eletronic control unit-LPG (ECU), Fuel Control valve, Low pressure regulator (Veporiser), LPG Solended Valve and Emulator.

Please solve my problem as i'm too much harrased due to my this problem. Y

You are requested to take action against the dealership and the company for harrasing the consumer.
