Non-Issuance of Registration Copy

Dear Sir,

i have purchased one maruti alto car on 21.11.2008 from Dealer T.R.Sawhaney Motors Pvt Ltd, Phase-1, Badli, Delhi (Dealer Code - 0819). My Car Registration no. is DL 5C D7959.Its been more than three months i have not got my RC from the dealer. When i followed Up with my dealer i came to know that i have some dues in my account of Rs 1202/-.

I purchased this vehicle on cash & i have the Dealer invoice No. 5761 dt 21.11.2008.As per invoice i have paid full money & also no due shown on invoice & same was communicated to the dealer. Now even after one month of follow up from dealer, this issue still not resolved & i am unable to drive my car.

Now please resolve this issue immediately & deliver my RC immediately.
