Dear sirs,

I have been enquiring from all the 3 dealers of Maruti cars situated at Chandigarh for the last 6 months for booking of one Swift VDI. But every time I have been told that no booking is being done as there is no supply of the said vehicles from the Company. It can be verified from the records of these dealers/company that no booking is being entertained. A cartel is working with active conivance of the Company to fleece the customers as the said car is availble readily at a hefty premium of Rs.20000/-. It is my open letter to the MD of the Company to verify these facts and revert back honestly else it will be persumed that the Company and law making agencies are sleeping over the matter. Now, I have been offered a car by one of the dealer with ready delivery on payment of premium. It is clear proof of dishonesty by the Company and its dealers. However, just to prove this fact I am paying the premium and getting the car with an hope that matter is got investigated and justice is done to me and all the aspirants of maruti cars.
