SIR, I HAVE GOT MY CAR INSURED UNDER YOUR CASHLESS SCHEME VIDE POLICY NO 3540726 DT 12/02 THRO NIC (MARUTI INSURANCE) MY CAR MET WITH AN ACCIDENT AT GURGAON ON 13TH JAN, I BROUGHT MY CAR TO YOUR AUTH. DEALER PASCO AUTOMOBILES FOR NECESSARY REPAIRS AFTER COMPLETING ALL LEGAL FORMALITIES AND DELIVERED ALL DOCUMENTS COPIES TO YOUR DEALER. THEY REPAIRED MY CAR & DELIVERED TO ME ON 30/01 VIDE INVOICE NO 123219, DT 30/01/09 Rs 20872/- (JOB NO. 0172449)
BUT THEY CHARGED ME THE ENTIRE AMOUNT IN CASH & EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE CLAIM WILL BE RECEIVED TO ME IN A WEEK`S TIME. I EXPLAINED THEM THAT MY CAR IS INSURED UNDER CASHLESS SCHEME BUT THEY DIDN`T LISTEN & I HAD TO PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. I DIDN`T GET THE CLAIM TILL DATE. MOREOVER WHEN I GOT RENEWED MY INSURANCE VIDE YOUR POLICY NO. 60203012 DT 19/02 AT MARUTI INSURANCE AT AGRA, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN CLAIM, SO NCB WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO ME . SIR, WHAT IS THIS ALL, PL ENQUIRE THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL OTHERWISE I WILL LEFT NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO GO IN SUITABLE COURT OF LAW AT YOUR COST & CONSEQUESCES, SHANTANU GOYAL
