Sir,

Prompt after sales service is a key to customer satisfaction and building goodwill of the company.

But, I would like to draw your attention towards my case. A Maruti Suzuki Ritz, model VXi was booked on 26th May and delivered to me on 15th June with a promise by the distributor of providing accessories like matting, seat cover, mud flap with in 2-3 days.

As of now, the promise is not yet fulfilled till date. All attempt have been made from my side, like visiting distributor place 10 times, calling customer care 3-4 times, On the other hand the distributor is pressing me for servicing of the car, since one month which have been driven just 280 KM because of non availability of requisite accessories.

All this is providing me a mental tension and feeling wastage of my money as I am unable to use the vehicle without accessories, Sir I request you to take some action within a week or else I will report this matter to the consumer forum and in media.
