Transfer of Vehicle

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is in regards of a Vehicle (Swift) that I purchased from Rohan motors true value shop in Dehradun on 12/11/07 As I purchased the car with full settlement from the true value shop with the confirmation that they will transfer the vehicle on my name, but till date they haven’t done so, every time I go there and ask for the transfer they always had a reason of the same.

It’s been 1.5 year and still the vehicle is not on my name.

Make : 2007

Payment DD of Rs. 3, 90, 000 (DD no. 002109) Bank of India.

Car Owner: Joyoti Sharma R/o Anand Vihar Dehradun

Present Owner: S.L Anand R/o 269 Onkar Road Dehradun (To be transfered)

Purchased from: Rohan Motors true value shop GMS Road Dehradun.

Purchased Date: 12/11/07

We are informing you because we are now on the urge of going to Consumer forum and then after that court will deal into this matter, so before taking that step we are giving a weeks time after which we will hand over the car to Rohan Motors true value shop and we will claim for our money back.

Please look into this matter on Highest Priority.
