Maruti Suzuki Swift Dezire
Delayed delivery of product

I have booked swift dezire through Berkeley automobiles Chandigarh through CSD Jallandhar on 15 feb 09.I was assured delivery in max 2 months by the dealer. However 3 months have passed and i have not yet recieved the delivery of my car. The dealer is not at all interested in my grieveance and is not giving me any concrete assurance of delivery date.

I am fed up of calling the dealer and asking about the status of delivery, but all efforts result in vain. Can maruti udyog help me in any ways... i am really aghast at this pathetic service of maruti udyog. This brings down the name of the entire Maruti Udyog as well.
