Sir,

This in regards to my vehicle no GA 07 C 5886 Maruti swift. I am working for HDFC Bank Ltd (GOA). I have been your customer for nearly a half a decade. I had purchased my first vehicle that was Maruti Wagon R Vehicle no GA 01 S 5886. Which I sold to your sai service station on buy back offer, And I had gone for Swift Diesel in 2007. Now it has been nearly a year and two month since I have purchase the vehicle from M/s sai service station porvorim. I have always been prompt in the service of the vehicle you may check the records on the same.

But since last few day, I have been facing problem with the vehicle. On 24th December I had taken the vehicle to M/s sai service station workshop porvorim, as the vehcile was having starting problem. The problem was identified an was told that the AGR and Diesel filter needs to be change. I paid the bill of nearly 3000/- and took back the vehicle from Sai service station. But on 26th the same problem occurs I call up the Sai service station they told me to get the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the service station they said, I will have to keep the vehicle. So I said ok.

Now the problem what I am getting is that SUS light and water sensor indicator was showing on. This problem was there when I first bought it on 24th. It has been hearting that my vehicle is being lying in sai workshop form 26th till date and there has been no significant sign of improvement. After this I went and spoke to the worshop manager. But the same went in vain, As he didn't show any positive sign. On 29th morning. I was told that there is problem with the battery also and might need to be change. And asked me to take the same a check it outside. I was surprise such a big workshop and they didn't have any instrument to check. They replied it was a battery they don't take the gaurantee of the same. I took the same and check. I don't understand was the battery given to me seperately when i bought the car. Then why was this inconvinience done to me.

I literally don’t understand that a year and two month old vehicle is getting such a problem and they are telling me that the battery needs to be change. I don't understand how can a battery go in a years time. They say that your battery warranty has expeired. How can a battery go in a year and two month time. Dosen't it have any test. My earlier wagon R battery expired in 3 year. Why i should pay for the battery. Is it my fault. The car is driven for almost 37000/- now in a year an two month. If a customer like me is getting so much of problem. When you happen to buy a new vehicle you get so good treatment why can’t now. I am being trouble with this for now nearly a week.

Let me tell you I have not bought any ordinary stuff from you. Mind you I have spend my hard earn money on it. And guess what, this is the treatment I am getting
