No delievery yet after full payment

I have given rs.50000 as booking amount on dated 30th april and remaining rs. four lakh fifty four thousand eight hundread seven on dated 3 may to M/s HISAR AUTOMOBILES M/s MARUTI UDYOG LIMITED. the manager promised the delievery of maruti swift vdi on 10 may.i have receipts of full payment. but yet we have not got the car for which we have paid till date. we want strict action to be taken agaisnt them and get the product for which we have paid and waited too long.i shall be higly thankful to you if my compliant get solved.
