Registration of the new car - pending for past 2 months

Myself and my friend have taken the delivery of new cars (Alto) on Dec 28th'2007.It is been close to 2 months, till there has been no response from the dealer end for completing the registration of the vehicle. Varun Motors acted very smartly in taking the registration amount before hand itself, but till now there has been no proper response from them in regard to the registration process of the new vehicles.

1 week back I had to pay a fine of Rs.100 towards driving the vehicle without any registration.

Just these people are worried more abt getting sales leads and how to convert them into money for Varun but they are not at all bothered about offering Good customer service.

Maruti's services as such are very pathetic, apart from that Dealers like Varun Motors are bringing down the Name of 'Maruti' by offering such poor response and service.
