Dear Sir/Madam
I had purchased a silky silver Maruti wagan-R LXI from Atul Motors hapa road jamnagar on 29/05. I have no complaints against the car as such. But my experience with Atul Motors is not so good. Right from the day one I had problems. They are as follows:
1. During the delivery the back door gromet was not fitted & also sony music system fitted from the dealer but ist speaker was not properly fitted.
2. During the delivery the scrach was found in the driver side mirrer.
3. The bumper was dented & scrached by washing person at the time of free second service. i have inform to Mr.rajesh dudhaiya, Works Manager. (A complaint regarding this was lodged earlier).
4. The driver side mirrer was corroded within the two months & paint was removed from this area.
5. During the servicing or paint work some clear or paint fell on my car’s right front side. The clear was cleaned but when observed carefully there are plenty of scratches on the area and the some parts of the clear is still present. Thus it is obvious that the work was not done properly.
6. The dicker door was dented & scrached and I asked the workshop to get the dent removed. But they told that please take the car next time we shall repair the same.
I am totally fed up. One mistake is okay but repeated mistakes cannot be pardoned. But it looks like that only. You guys take it easy and so do the dealers. Ultimately it is the customers who get conned. Let me remind you that if you don’t have time for the customers then someone else will. Remember if there is no customer then there will be no company and no dealer. Arun Motors, hapa Road, jamnagar is such a massive show room.
