Non receipt of parcel

I have bookd the parcel on Friday (03/10/08) for Pune from Mumbai (mahakai branch. Andheri (east). Since last 2 days i have made many calls to your mumbai office (with Mr. srivastav on his cell no-9892604327) as well at pune office but unable to tell us final status of that parcel. Nobody even bother to reply also. From now onwards i will never send any parcel through ondot couruier.

its really black spot on your companys reputation.

docket no is -226499064 pls help me out in this matter urgently as our customer wants to cancel the order and it would be loss of Rs.50000/- for us. If i didnt get any proper response within few minutes then i have no other choice but then lodge complaint with Consumer court.
