Dear Sir,

I have purchased Maruti Wagon R Vxi BS III on 24/10.

1. After few days a complaint has been lodged with the dealer that, a knocking sound is noticed from front suspension, but they did'nt pay any attention to my complaint till I send a e-mail to Maruti Suzuki and the front left shock abs. has been replaced after inspection by their service engineer but the knocking sound still persists till date.

2. The clutch is even worst, It never shifts easily mainly the second gear and the reverse one, though repair has been taken up by the dealer twice but the problem is still remains the same.

3. Again on first service of the vehicle, It was noticed that both the driving shaft fitted are rusted and no protactive coating has been provided, however the same replaced by the dealer after written complaint lodged with the Manufacturer.

4. I have been told that, chrome finish streeing top is not provided on Black Colour Wagon R, but to my utter surprise, I found that all Black Colour Wagon R are provided with chrome finish gear knobe top and streeing top, those purchased before and after me.

Further, this has been brought to the notice of the dealer and the manufacturer i.e M/s Maruti Udyog Ltd. through verbal and written on several occassion but nothing has been taken care of till date.

On my last e-mail to M/s Maruti Udyog Ltd. may be 07 days back, finally I have asked to replace or repay the full amount of the vehicle so that I will be able to purchase the same model from any other dealer but no reply has been received per return till date.

Pl .suggest further, because I have lost my mental peace.
