Complaint against dealer T.R.SAHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD. east gokulpur wazirabad road delhi

I booked a wagon r vxi white colour from T.R.SAHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD EAST GOKUL PUR WAZIRABAD ROAD on dated 26/8/09 on commintment of delivery dated 31/8/09.on the date of delivery that is 31/8/09 they refuse to deliver the car and asking to take the wagon r lxi. Then i take the car from another showroom that is fair deal pvt. ltd on the same date. now T.R.SAHNEY MOTORS are not refund the booking amountof rs.10, 000 and the receipt no. is 21202.jaspal singh team leader in this showroom is very irresponsible and dont have manners to talk to the customers.they are misbehaving with me and told me "jo complaint karni hai kar lo". please solve my problem.i m very much faith in maruti suzuki company. thank you
