REGARDING ANTI THEFT SYSTEM

I purchased one VDI SWIFT from M/s. Pallavi Motors Pvt. Ltd., G.S. Road, Guwahati – 781 005 (Assam) vide Invoice No. VSL07001323 dt. 31.10.2007 with anti theft system (Immobiliser). I am enclosing herewith the scan copy of Invoice & Insurance.

But suddenly some days back some one want to theft my car breaking side glass of back window, but some how it was saved. While contacting to engineers of Pallavi’s Service Centre, I have come to know that my car have no anti theft system. I again approached to Showroom’s Sales Person and ask about, but the result was same. They could not ensure whether my car has anti theft system or not.

According to Invoice & Insurance copy this car have this system but Indicator is not showing the sign of anti theft system. I have no any other alternate to know about this system. At last I contact you to let me know whether this car has this system or not.

While purchasing the car, Sales Person of the Co. has ensured that this car has this system but now their engineers could not ensure this. One thing more, I want to let you know that till now I have not got any manual books because at the time of taking of delivery of vehicle they have no manual book in stock and told me to take after some days. I have approached several times later on but till now I am waiting for. Kindly arrange to send me manual book of this car and ensure whether I have this system in my car or not. If not please arrange to replace this car, immediately.
