This in reference to your service at your Workshop.
Job no-0104759, Invoice no-034117 date21/05
First free service of Swift LDI model.
Please be noted that your service Supervisor had made a scratch at the Bumper at the trail run at your work shop.
Such argument I had faced at the time of Receiving my vehicle after service and blame was put to my part.
Please under stand that such type service reluctance is not accepted at my end.
If my front Guard is not fully rectified by changing the same and if by problem persists I have no rather carry out the complain to Maruti service head further I am forced to issue a serious complain notice from Forum
Please arrange for immediate rectification/replacement so as I could a satisfied custome
