Your dealer M/s Varun Automobles of Hyderabad.

They are compelling to have insurance from them (since the tie-up for insurance for which they earn effete commission, and registration with RTA, for which they get commission)

Kindly inform me is that your company issued order to your dealers in Hyderbad for issue of insurance and registration with RTA compulsory?

As a customer one should have their choice to chose, because of this i find it difficulty in getting finance from public sector banks.

Your dealers have tie up for loan also, they charge exuberant rate of interest and other charges.

Kindly inform me about your company's stand regarding the complaint.
