Improper Service from maruti

Dear Team,

Since few months I am facing left alignment problem in my Maruti Swift 2007 model.

Car is badly pulling on left side when I am going above 70-80 kms/hr.

I have chosen MAGIC AUTO, MAYAPURI Service Station for problem resolution.

They found left alignment problem, instead of resolving the problem, they have just

tried to convince me and convincing me everytime (3 times I gone for the same problem there).

I raised complaint to their works manager (Baljeet Singh.

Mr. Baljeet Singh started convincing me without seeing/testing my car.

He started advicing me that its something normal. Huh... I was surprised I am also working in

service industry, telecom sector, but so worst scenarios in INDIA.

Please try to resolve my problem as it is urgent otherwise I am bounded to go for consumer forum.
