Maruti Swift
A.c is warenty period. is it payable if repair by service centre of maruti

I purchase maruti swift vdi on 31st jan. but today a.c of the not working. mechnic of service centre said gas of the a.c is empty. and this is chargable now.

i want to know it is payable or not.

but my a.c is in waranty period
