Maruti Swift Dzire
Delivery problem

I have booked a dzire 6 weeks back from Spectra Thane. I was told that it will be delivered in 6 weeks. Now after 6 weeks not only it is not delivered, but there is no news of when it will be delivered. Does Maruti not even have a method to track and give exact delivery timelines? Are they so badly managed? Its not that cars get manufactured overnight. They are planned and manufactured based on schedules drawn up months in advance. Can they not have a better system to inform customers? Why don't they have something like a train ticket booking.. Its really sad to see this from maruti. Is it their arrogance that they are market leaders?
