Maruti Swift Dzire
Replacement of Clutch Plate

Dear Sir,

I have Maruti Swift Dzire (Model: Aug - 2008) car. I have very limited usage. The total KM i have used is around 7100 KMs. Now i had clutch problem in my vehicle and when I went to M/s Kiran Motors for regular check up, they adviced me to replace the clutch plate as It was not working properly. I replaced the same as per their advice. I was in that impression that the company gives warranty only for 12 months. So, I have to bear the cost. But today when I checked in the Maruti User Manual, I found that the warranty is for 24 months. So, I got surprised!!! When Kiran Motor know my model why did they not inform me that you should replace under your warranty and why they took money from me? Secondly, they have not given me the old clutch plate set back to me. So, what to do? I have the bill where the clutch plate replaced is mentioned. So, what should i do?
