Flag this message complaint against the shameful behaviour of the maruti dealer (ARYA CARS, nagpur)

Sir i have Purchased an swift d_Zire VDI from ARYA Cars c/o barbate automobiles, Nagpur Maharashtra on 26th September. on the day of delivery they have assured me that 3rd day from the day of passing of my vehicle from RTO, Nagpur i will receive my TAX receipt and after 12 days i will receive my vehicle no. my vehicle was passed by RTO on 29th of sept but till today i have not received anything from their side except the mental torture that to on daily basis. whenever i call them for the same the use to say that sir this formality is left and u will get the no. tomorrow likewise 7 days has past but i have not received the number and along with i have nt recived any of the legal papers of my vehicle except the bill of the vehicle. if i use to call at your tollfree no. i.e; 18001800180 a girl named neha says that legal formalities take 45 days for their completion and i think that u never purchased any of the 4 wheel vehicle before. she uses very abusive sort of language on the phone. one thing i want to say that this is not the frirst vehicle i have purchased and in 15days every formalities are completed by RTO of nagpur. to my concern.

My innumerable complaints through e-mails and telephones were ignored exhibiting the shameful behaviour of the company officials.

strongly condemn this behaviour of the company towards the customers through this forum and request the so called biggest car manufacturer (actually a sick company) to take proper action
