Non delivery of Swift Dzire

Maruti is trying to make a fool out of presumably everybody. I had made a booking for Maruti Swift Dzire on 9th of April on a promise of maximum wait time of 2 months. However, more than 3 months have passed and there are no signs of the car. Also frightening is the prospect of signs of ever getting a car! The process of chasing the dealer is frightening. Also I have been using the maruti customer care center and customer care email id to lodge my protest but of no benefit. Till date I have not got a good response. Moreover, as instructed by the dealer to deposit my consumer loan finance amount to get a quick delivery, I have deposited the bank draft and also bearing the burden of EMIs. Its quite funny a car with such a delivery mechanism is called Swift!!!
