Maruti/Swift Dzire petrol
Delay in delivery

Hi,

I am seriously feed of because of the delay in delivery from your side. I booked my car around one and a half month back. My birthday is on 21st June and my fiance is visiting me on the same day, so I choose that day for the delivery of my car (siwft dzire petrol). I am in Bangalore and I booked the car with Pratham motors on outer ring road. They committed that they will get me the swift Dzire petrol (sovereign blue) on 21st June. I planned everything according to that and now when i enquired about my car, I came to know that my car will not be available on the committed date. This is a very disappointing thing from both "Pratham motors" as well as from "Maruti". I was purchasing this car from corporate, so I will definetly recommend CISCO (my company) that they don't go for "pratham motors" because, if you can't keep your promise then you "BETTER NOT MAKE ANY COMMITMENT WITH THE CUSTOMERS".
