Maruti Swift Dzire VDI
Engine Oil level Reducing/Drinking and Noise from Front Suspension

Sir,

I have purchased a White Swift Dzire VDI from Lovely Autos Jalandhar on 3rd April bearing Registration no PB 36 E 7257. Engine No - 1209388, Chasis No - 167013

The first service was done at Competent Patparganj Delhi, 2nd Service at Sikand Motors Connaught Place where they put 1.2 litres of engine oil, 3rd Service at Competent again where they topped up the engine oil again.

My car mileage as on date is 16457 Kms. I check engine oil of my car atleast every 2-3 days and notice that the level goes down gradually and have brought this to the notice of authorised service centre each time I am there.

Competent checked for any leakage however denied the same.

I have complained to competent again today ie 11th Oct and will be there at 1:30 PM for another check up.

However I want that my car is checked by Maruti Team of Engineers and diagnose the problem.

Going forward if necessary the car engine be replaced due to any kind of manufacturing defect.

I will not allow any repair work of engine whatsoever since this is a brand new car and I also have an extended warranty No D 422504 dated 12-4-09 .

There is also a peculiar noise when this car goes through a rough road from the left and right suspension which also needs immediate attention.

An immediate action to this mail will be highly appreciated.
