I booked VXI Swift Dzire on 30.03.2008 & converted it to VDI on 9/6 with Berkeley Automobiles Chandigarh. In spite of several promises made by your dealer I am still waiting for my turn. I have observed that out of turn delivery is being made by your dealer to other customers by charging premium, which further delays turn of your customers like us. In fact since 1992 I am using Maruti 800 Car which now requires immediate replacement. Under the above situation, I request you to instruct your above mentioned dealer to immediately deliver my car otherwise unwillingly I have to purchase Honda City, in spite of waiting more than 7 months for getting my VDI, White Car. As per the last written promise made during 1st week of August by M/s Berkeley, Chandigarh my car was to be delivered within 1-2 months. Subsequently they promised that it will be delivered before Diwali and now they are simply saying that they are receiving only 7/8 cars per month for VDI White Colour, hence another 2/3 months time will be taken for my turn. This type of casual attitude of your dealer, require immediate attention/enquiry from Maruti India to maintain their image under ever-growing competitive market scenerio. Hoping for your immediate action.
