DELAY IN DELIVERY

DEAR SIR,

I have booked swift dzire zdi model on 1.4.08 at the time of booking dealer seva auto pvt.ltd.dhule (MS) confirm me in one month period for the said car model

But now five and half months has passed out but still I have not received the delivery of that car model. I have given booking amt Rs 25000 to seva Dhule (MS). But your dealer is not giving me the delivery of said car.

Sir kindly you are requested to clear my querries and sir its my humble request to you is that to tell me when I am going to get the car. And i wanna know that before how many days i have to make the payment to dealer whats the procedure for payment?
