Defective gear cable

I had send my swift LD with gear shifting problem on 23.03.09 to your dealer jyoti motors bhubaneshwar with job card no JC08011997. I was told that the the gear cable is defective. The problem still persissting i complained them again & to my surprisem ifound that the gear cable has been tied with a simple G I wire& they are reluctant to replace it. Their behaviour is very unproffesional &disgusting. It is a matter of safety concern.& it is quit uncalledfor with maruti work culture & iam dissapointed. Ihave lodged a complain in the toll free no. & the comp. no.is 2286627424. My cell no. is 09431301234 & i expect a quick responce to my problem. pl. help me & how can an engg. do such a roadside mechanic job?
