Hello sir/madam

I have purchased a maruti swift LDI 15 moths ago from your dealer Avinash Auto. NO doubt that the vehicle is excellent and its performance is irrefutable. I have given my car for service 3 times till now, first time when i gave to service i didn't observed it much, but in second and third service i could observe clearly that the complaints are not completely rectified.

In 2nd service i have complained that the front wheel break drums are making sounds when you pedal the break little hard., the same in the 3rd service also but even in 3rd service it is not rectified.

In third service i have complained about front door sounds and mileage which were not rectified properly, more over the estimation of the works were somewhere around Rs 4800 to 5000, whereas the billing amount was above Rs 5400.

Just after three days of the service your service center executive called up and asked about the vehicle, i said her the actual problem she replayed that she will send a technician to rectify it but next day they themselves called and said that they are very busy.

This was my experience with your service staff. I am not complaining about them but just putting it to your notice the real inefficiency.
