Engine problem

19 june swift LDI, i go for the 1st servicing and i fill the engine oil (1340 km) by company in standard maruti in jabalpur on 1st july (3340 km) after 30 day (31 july) my car showing the engine oil indication and i go to the servicing centre and they refill the engine oil and advice to come after 100 or 200 km) run and come back to servicing centre i go on (4th aug) and they told me we have to repair the engine. this is not fair i buy a new vehicle and after 1 and a half month they are saying they want to repair the engine please do something
