Registeration Certificate (RC) not given even after 2 years

Hi, I am really really harassed by the Maruty Dealer T.R Sawhney having thier office at TR Sawhney, Gokul Pur, wazirabad road, Delhi I am feeling really really miserable and regretting the day I planned to buy the Maruti vehicle. Firstly they harassed me in delivery of my car, Swift LDi. Somehow, I got that from them and now I have not recieved my RC even after 2 years of delivery of my car. The registeration number is HR 26 AN 5811 which I got but they are saying that RC cannot be recieved. I bought the car on 26th Sep I have been calling and following up continuously with the dealer but no one is ready to do anything for me. I am really helpless and feel completely cheated. The person wioth whom I have been dealing is Neeraj Mishra and I just came to know from RC office that he never filed for an RC and I had paid his 10, 000 Rs and I doubt he has duped me of the money. The dealer employees such cheats then who should buy car from these thieves I tried to contact the maruti helpline and also talked to the high officials of Maruti.
