Maruti Swift petrol

I purchased maruti swift petrol from apra auto on 9th jan. It met with an accident after some time and all the repairs were done by apra auto it was a major repair job. The car caught fire suddenly when it was running their were fumes coming out of the A/c vent we just managed to come out some how car was gutted completely. The incident happened within 15 days, after the car was repaired and serviced that is 03-05.Even the car was insured from national insurance company with whoom maruti is having its tieup and always presses hard its customers to take this particular insurance (national). Now the insurance company has denied me claim saying firstly the cause of fire is unknown, however it is not the job of customer to find the reason and secondly they are asking me to approach apra auto for claim. Now both the parties are throwing the ball in each others court but im suffering a lot because of this even the financers are harrasing me for installments.
