Maruti Swift petrol

Dear sir,

I have been using maruti vehicles from last 18 years as 800, zen, wagon r and last i have bought swift lxi in 2007.

On the day i have taken delivery i faced a problem of washing for which i have received a apologies letter from competent motors after i made a complaint.

I am regular to my service schedule and always been satisfied as Lay man.

1... from last 5 visits i have made to competent i am continuously making complaint for humming sound and steering sound, and clutch problem, """" sir its okay now""'

... those people have changed one spindle on a service saying that this will rectify the problem, but the tyre got rotten and caused uneven surface... again i visited they changed other spindle... as per technically both the spindles are to be changed at the same time... Now my vehicles tyres are uneven and make noise when on road and they said """" now the vehicle is 22000 kms ""'WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.as i am making complaint for the same at the time of 18000.

2. Shock absorbers are making sound nobody is giving any answer regarding the same as they feel or assume a client is not aware of the technical points.suspension sound is terrible.

3. Clutch is not working properly from very second service but they said no guarantee/warranty... i have taken extended warranty for what.

4. Engine sound is toooo high / including room sound .. they said it is normal """'"please try another swift..""""..

5. And last which is always strongly ignored is the steering knocking sound... they said "" it is normal in power steering ""

I have wasted enough time with them and several attempts have been made by me to contact them for the same which is never replied.

Please tell me what should i do? //

Go to consumer court?

Change my vehicle?

Or just forget it like a lay man? /

Or publicise the matter in media as a media person??
